Talking ads on Bogley?

I walked away from my computer and heard "congratulations, you won!". I go back expecting some lame pop up and the only window open is Bogley and this pretty little ad. What gives?

ugh, I hate those too. They'll scare the crap out of you late at night. But I've never heard them here on bogley, We're pretty much going through the same ad sources as always, maybe one of the sources changed it up a bit.
