Zion Narrows from Chamberlain ranch overnighter

Ok here is my first of many TR's:

After waiting in line for what seemed forever at the BC desk on friday morning, we pulled the permit we needed to do an impromptu overnighter thru the narrows. We packed up, bombed to the trailhead and got to hiking. Here is some shots of the weekend, One thing we forgot was about the road closure, we got to the visitor center at 6:15pm with only 1:45 minutes to get to the trailhead, retreive the other shuttle car and get back into the park before 8........we made it by 2 minutes :D :haha: :cool2:

LOL..no thats a "scone" basically a cranberry walnut biscuit, when we got there we made some coffee and had one of those for a snack. Dinner was a pasta dish. :mrgreen:

Nice report! I finally did the Narrows as a day hike this July. So cool!
