upon further research i found out that this video was shot in 2006. after a bit of tooing and froing HP did replacement it with a new one at no cost. even though the old one was all shot to pieces thus voiding it''s warranty.

Point of order: the ammo used to shoot it cost more of our tax dollars than the purchase price of the printer in the first place.
