Went searching for snow starting at the top of North Ogden Pass and found some. The last pitch of switchbacks on the east face of Ben Lomond has drifts here and there that are easily hiked but defeat a bicycle, as if the switchbacks themselves even when dry were easy to ride:wink: I turned around at Bailey Cabin Spring and didn't make the final push to the top. The trail to that point is in good shape with little foliage intrusion, and one spot where soft soil usually sloughs off having been repaired.
