We are going to give this a go again. There is a new downhill trail in the area too.

Draper blows!
Yup, somebody took a backhoe down the lower section of the BST in Draper. Lame! :angryfire:
They ruined perfectly good single track. From the concrete pipe overpass to the bottom is now a double track road. WTF. :nono:

Never take a backhoe on a muddy trail, this is what happens

I'm unsure of this location. Is the "concrete pipe overpass" the place where the culvert goes under Traverse Ridge road? And "to the bottom", is that down to the roundabout by the pool?

Yep. The single track from there down is now 6 feet wide with berms on either side from a blade pushing the dirt.

I was there yesterday and noticed they are making the bottom part directional now. Have you noticed the one way only signs. I have to say I enjoy climbing Clarks trail and the Canyon Hollow down is pretty damn fun.
Started off breaking my chain without a chain repair tool, had to coast back, go to the bike store, buy a chain repair tool, fix it and was able to complete my ride. Even with that little set back, it was a great day to ride.
