View Full Version : Trip Report Limber Pine Trail

This trail is near Bear Lake, right at the top of the pass between the Sinks and the Bear Lake overlook rest area.

The trail is 1.3 miles long, it took us about 75 minutes to complete the loop, including some generous time for picture taking and snacking.

The trail still had a dozen snow spots, but it was an extended winter. It was still in great shape though, a very well traveled trail.

@ the first 1/4 mile is mildly steep, but not too much for kids. After that it pretty much levels out. We started off on the left fork, going clockwise around the trail. There were 1 or 2 fallen trees over the trail but I imagine it's pretty well maintained during the busy season.
