That bike is worth about $200.00. I had a 1996 proflex with the same components plus 1300.00 in extras. Realizing that the bike wasn't worth selling, I simply gave it to my dad about 5 years ago. Notice the long stem, not a bad thing if you don't mind flipping over the handle bars on descents. :lol8:

I owed a Proflex and it was a great bike. Rode it all over Moab and the Wasatch Front. The only problem I have is the single pivot design. Granted it was built and designed in 1998 but when you climb there is a lot of bouncing. In fact when climbing I would get into a rhythm when bouncing up and down. I now own a Santa Cruz Blur and it has no bounce, the blur is much more fun up and down hills. When the proflex came out it was a revolutionary design, and a very fun bike.
