I almost hate to say this, but Alaska and Nova Scotia are on opposite sides of the continent.

Yeah - I figured it was the only way she could get the Klon-dike joke in the story. Funny thing is that 99.65% of the audience would never know that she was exercising her right to be a bit creative. LOL.

fwiw: She was on Cape Breton Island located in the provience of Nova Scotia.

Reminds me of the local chicken place in New Orleans called "Mother Cluckers" featuring hot mother-clucking wing sauce. :angryfire:

I went to a chicken place in Georgie once, don't remember the name of the place but the slogan was 'the only way to get a better piece of chicken is to be a rooster.'

Right at the start she says, "I just got back from a cruise, and we went to Alaska..."

Later she talks about being in Nova Scotia. I'm sure she thought it sounded better in her routine, but it's unlikely a cruise would include both sides of the continent.
