North Ogden BST

Ok, let's make it official. Is anybody interested in riding the North Ogden section of the BST Friday early evening? I could probably be at the trailhead at 5:15.

...Rainbow Gardens? I'll tell Mark too. I'm not sure where that is. When I did this trail with Gene (aka MTNBKR) we started at the North end and headed south. We turned around as we were overlooking Ogden Canyon. Is that the same route you are talking about?

If you rode down from the overlook you would have ran into Rainbow Gardens. can't miss it last building before you enter the canyon.

Can't make it this weekend. Maybe next weekend.

Rainbow Gardens is right there across 12th street from the trailhead, here on the map. This is the usual parking lot for the BST heading south. The big parking lot on the west.

Dang, sorry, it looks like I'm taking the family camping down to Goblin Valley this weekend, I'm gonna hafta bail on the ride. Let's meet up another week though, I imagine after today's snow this will still be one of the only trails open up here.

Uhhh, so what are the chances that the 4" of snow in my driveway in Logan this morning is a total fluke and that North Ogden is sunny and warm? Is there any hope of this trail being rideable tomorrow?

yeah lets change it, hate for everyone to get there and it is a mess or snowing. I still had snow on my lawn when I left this morning so it may get a little mucky up there. I told the others who were going to meet me from provo to just plan on another day.

No, supposed to be snowing. I am in SLC right now and it doesnt look good looks like a giant wall of crap is heading north via our friends from the south. Looks like this weekend will be nice and beyond wed, but they are calling for 4-10 inches of snow in the valley benches, hopefully they missed that one.
