Biking around Capitol Reef

My family is going down to Capitol Reef over Easter Sunday to do some hiking. Is there any great trails around there that I could hit early in the morning or afternoon. Also is there any that my wife could ride with me (easy to moderate) if she wants to go, which she will most likely, once. Thanks :thumb:

There was still 8-10 inches on snow in Torrey two weeks ago and much much more on boulder mtn.
