Well,

Unemployment's got me down, I must admit. I might even start posting on UUta...I mean Bogley again.

I don't know if I've suggested it before, but a lot of us have skills (skilz) that are going unused right now. With the economy as it is, how about a bogley chamber of commerce where we can post our trades, or job openings where we work, etc.

Aside from being an expert salesman/marketing guru, I fix furnaces and air conditioning. It makes me cry when I hear someone say that they just had whipple install a furnace for them and it only cost $"GGGG.99". I'd guess that I can usually install a furnace and AC for less than half of what any of the big guys charge and still make $1000 for myself on the deal.

I think we could help each other out and save each other some cash at the same time. I know there are HTML geeks out there, probably some electricians, plumbers (i could use one to fix my tub right now). Can we get the economy going again from right here?

What say ye?

I also just put in a nice fence and new blinds at my place. I gots mad skilz

I think this is a great idea. Even if it were kind of like the "Show your Mug" thread, where we could have show your resume.

It's a good idea. Maybe instead of the new forum though, maybe we can tweak the "Classifieds" forum, come up with a different name and description?

We've got a project coming down the pipeline within a month too, I think it could help with this area. :cool2:
