I just recently created this file from every USGS and GNIS source that I could of Utah, and it includes all named Seeps and Springs just for Utah.

There is over 2400+ places.
I have used these personally on my GPS and the ones I have inputed are accurate and spot on (about 30 or so I've tested)

Just another nifty download to help you in your research.

BTW - since there are so many pinpoints, Google Earth might run a little choppy or sluggish. My laptop is a 1.6 GHz and 1 GB of DDR ram and it runs fine.

Enjoy!

***BTW - I think Sombeech or Accadacca or Admins should create a "download forum" and I can post all of my google earth files, a few map files, PDFs of outdoor projects, a few caving spots, archs for utah, scuba-diving locations in Utah, GIS maps, Topo software (or at least links to), and much much more. Just an idea...***

Nice work. I've been tinkering around with some kind of embedded "google maps" page for this sort of thing. I've got a bike trails thing, and there are canyoneering kmz's as well.

I've had this kind of project on the backburner for a few months, we've got some other things we are working on at the moment, but I'm definitely interested in this kind of thing.
