For dinner last night I had a smoked prime rib with a baked sweet potatoe & cinnamon butter & a huge salad. And a small slice of raspberry cheesecake. Best Prime Rib I've ever eaten and today I worked it off by going to spinclass at 5am and hiking for two hours scouting out new biketrail. :nod: :2thumbs: :popcorn:
