How weird and terrible. I was sliding down a slope in a cave between a totem pole and got wedged, because my camera strap got caught on a horn. I hung by my helmet with my legs dangling, by my chin strap. Felt a little like strangling, and more like traction. My caving partners sprung into action so no harm done.
