How about Arrow Canyon near Moapa? Just a walk thru. Petros.

Or perhaps a 20 mile drive out Gold Butte rd to Whitney Pockets. No canyons per se, but plenty of rocks for the kids to climb around on. More petros.

For those ever in the Valley of Fire area I recommend hiking the Canyon Fire hike from Climb Utah. I took my daughters soccer team and their parents down the hike about 2 miles or so and then turned around and came back out this weekend. There were 35 of us all together.. Fun hike. :2thumbs:

Although not entirely family-friendly, I've found two technical canyons in the vicinity of the Arrow Canyon Range. The second one was particularly nice, with a couple shallow potholes, lots of slickrock, some fun downclimbs, etc. Didn't have a rope with me, so I left the 1st descent for someone else to do. Or maybe I'll go back and play through. Pretty mellow affair, but looks fun.
