Angel leapt a full 1.5 metres above the ground, sailed over a lawn mower and intercepted a cougar mid-air, just as it was about to pounce on 11-year-old Austin Forman.

Awww - what a nice story. I like happy endings!
It's amazing to me how resiliant animals can be after being attacked like that, and how dogs can be so protective and loyal to people!

OT joke I heard the other day about the difference between women and dogs:
