Anyone familiar with email marketing campaigns?

I know there are a lot of IT people here and was wondering if anyone could suggest a reputable online company that specializes in specific target email campaigns. I want someone who uses legit lists (don't want to run into any spam issues) to promote a new service that my brokerage is offering. I've come across dozens of sites, but if someone can recommend a "tried and true" local company, I will be happy to send business their way. Thanks!

i don't know about email campaigns. if you ask me any email campaign is spam unless the person asked to receive it.

i would say google ads could bring in some traffic. i put ads on my site but i haven't used google to advertise so i can't speak from experience.

It's a real estate company and my broker has a new program targeting people who want to save big $ on commission fees. They are currently licensed in 10 states and growing. We are looking for a company that provides targeted lists of email clients who have opted to receive info related to real estate offers/matters. (no spam)
