I was under the impression that after rapid weight loss like he has experienced that eventually the skin will retract, but that it takes a very long time. Looks like he had surgery to remove the skin flaps.

Well I take my hat off to the chap

a) for having the gumption to lose the weight (by stomach clamp or otherwise, it doesn't matter), and so probably save his life and
b) for posting the photos.

How often have we looked at obese people and said in our mind "stop eating so much"
