Good stuff! I know the Utes are banged up this year and they are tying to work in a new QB and some other players too. Yet, I have to say that I have not been impressed with the play calling.

Florida dodged a bullet this week...

Yet, I have to say that I have not been impressed with the play calling.

Play calling is getting better for the Utes. You have to remember they have a new OC that has never called plays before. That is really difficult, I was more worried about the new OC than the new QB when the season began.

I've called plays before at the HS and youth level, you really only have a split second to call the play, the rest of the time is getting the play in, getting the correct personal in, getting the team lined up correctly, yada, yada.... good play selections comes with experinance... it's an art form... So far I've been happy with the speed the new OC is learning...

Glad to see the conference doing so well.

Hopefully people don't get all riled up again about a playoff. A playoff would guarantee that we'd never play for a national championship. Other teams are too deep and one injury would sink us. Instead, we just need to be accepted to the BCS. Acceptance starts with winning.

Keep it up MWC big 3!

ESPN Gameday will be in Provo for the TCU-BYU matchup...

And one more question.... When is the MTN going to HD? The only team I'll watch on the MTN is Utah. Heck, I got a $300 camcorder I'll lend tham that shots in HD if they need it.

The big news for the MWC is TCU jumped Boise State, Utah moved up a couple spots and BYU has fallen out completely.

It would really be sweet if Utah and TCU can both keeping winning until their big shoot out.

Agreed. I am now a TCU fan as it relates to the BCS crapola. If Utah were undefeated I would be a Utah fan but I gotta go with the higher ranked team. I also want Boise to continue to win out so that there are two teams that should be playing in the top bowls including the national championship bowl.

ESPN Gameday at two MWC games this season. Wonder if ESPN is trying to win back some games when the new TV deal is up for bid again.

ESPN Gameday at two MWC games this season.

You had better make that 3 MWC games.... they were at Air Force for the Army game last weekend.

:2thumbs:

But I think that had more to do with the shooting at Fort Hood than the best game of the week.

Still.... it was great for the MWC.
