Kerry Callard, a motorist filmed deliberately driving through a puddle and splashing children at a bus stop, could could face prosecution for inconsiderate driving, police have said. I agree.... but I have to admit I have seen those puddles and people standing next to the puddle. It took a ton of will power to not splash them. :haha:

Glad he's gonna get in troube for that. Speeding downhill toward a group of kids is irresponsible. :nono:
