Fire in Zion?

Is there a fire? Can't find any info but online every resource is closed and the reasone given is fire. Nothing at Utah fire info.gov
Maybe the system is down.

I looked after I read your post and it looks like it's only the slot canyons that are closed, not the backpacking trips. I bet that there was something like a flash flood warning so they closed the canyons. I am not sure why it says due to fire but my best guess would be that it has something to do with the permit system being down last week. I would find it hard to believe that a fire has hit every slot canyon in the park but none of the trails. I would check in the morning and see if it opens up. :ne_nau:
