San Diego Trip - Surfing & AC/DC Show

We arrived today, hit a couple of beaches, checked into the Best Western, went to Mission Beach.

Derek and I went bodysurfing, then I rented a board out of haste and went way too late in the evening, still fun though.

Gotta run, ttyl.... gotta go get some grub in the Gas Lamp district

Yeah, so it's been a few years of real surfing, I got my butt kicked out there tonight. Gonna try it again tomorrow though.

Day 2

Just got back from surfing and body boarding at Blacks Beach.

The waves all up and down the coast are about 2 feet high, so pretty small. Still managed to surf though.

Lots of para sailers out. Lots of other things hanging in the wind too.
