Great idea. Unfortunately it won't really take off. U.S. consumers like the "one step" approach. I mean making sure there's 25% of hydrocarbon first and then adding the soda.

It's an awesome invention, but unfortunately I don't think it will get much attention. I'm sure you can get an equal type of soda for much cheaper, like the Sams Choice ones, but still, that mixing - no matter how easy it is - is going to throw people off.

His treatment in Utah is puzzling and frightening at the same time. The mental institution?

. According to the GEET website ( http://www.geet.nl/indexeng.php ), he was the victim of inventor abuse by corrupt Utah officials and businessmen. After refusing to sell his patents and technology, he was framed for securities fraud and put in a mental ward at the Utah State Hospital in March of 2006. He was freed May of this year.

OK, So I pulled up the Geet website and it appears that Paul Pantone wrote the story about, guess who, himself, Paul Pantone. I am not commenting on the invention but for him to say he was railroaded and put in the mental hospital, and corrupt business men, etc, I am more than a little suspect as to his story .... Hmmmm.

We have a guy like that here. He unveiled his "electromagnetic" engine in April. He claims it runs on electromagnets, and uses very little fuel. He just needs to do "a little tweaking" and it will be ready.

Yeah. He just needs to tweak the laws of physics.
