New restaurant in RockSprings.....Tits Of Goat

Went out to dinner tonight looking for a new hawaiian bbq grill only to find it not open yet but I'd heard of another new place. Tetakawi. At first glance we thought it could be an oriental or an indian restaurant. No. We were wrong. Here's the menu:

My grandfather lived in San Carlos for years after retiring. We used to spend christmas there with him. TetaKawi is the peak at the bay where the marina is. The locals - read retired folks - simply call it the Goat Tit.

I was looking at the menu items waiting to find some exotic food there. Then I saw it. Great stuff. Next time, I would just use the name and not tell anyone where it comes from. Just sayin'.
