Sunday I will be starting my engine swap. I am taking the 360 out of my 79 Waggy and putting in a 360 out of a 88 GW. i am told it is a direct swap, but i will have to take the bushing off the crank shaft so i can get the TH 400 to line up right. This is my first engine swap so it will be a learning process in prep for the swap this is what I have bought. Please tell me if there is anything else i shod have bought.
Water outlet gasket
timing cover gasket set to include (Fuel pump mounting, oil pan front and rear, timing cover seal, oil pan end tube, water pump mounting, timing cover, distributor mounting, oil pump cover)
boot protector
anti seize
plugs X 8
oil filter
fuel pump
pcv valve
oil pan gasket set
rear main seal
thermostat 160 degree
new radiator hoses
i have new belts on the old motor and new wires on it only drove about 20 miles on them
I will be picking up oil and air filter on Friday after work
I just changed the filter and fluids on the TH 400 about 20 miles ago I plan on doing another filter and fluid change in about 200 miles just to ensure the Tranny is clean

What am i forgetting to change while i have the motor out?????
Thanks
