After I develop in LR I Export to the file it came from. Then I take picture from that file, size and post. The pictures in LR are clear and well defined. When they get on here it appears they were shot with a $3 disposable.
Am I going through the correct process in LR? Any other thought's or suggestions.
LR 1 and not 2?
When exporting the images (ctrl-shift-E) what options do you have selected on the export window?
Do the images look OK before uploading?

What format are editing.. CR2 or Jpeg?
Try exporting at 80 or 90% and make sure that the auto-sharpen on export option is not enabled.
I am going to around computers with LR2 all day today so feel free to send me before and after examples and I can take a look.

also try using Lightroom to resize your images. The windows power tool is handy but I think there is a bit of quality loss when it resizes the image.
