Went mountain biking riding at Park City this past Saturday (actually too 2 cars out on Friday for some downhill and then went back the following day for some life assist biking). Not too bad. I've been to Deer Valley and Snow Basin and I think the trails there are better but on the other hand Park City is only $18 for the day (as compared to $30). Hit Mid Mountain trail both days. I really like the long switch backs across the mountain. That's my style. Also hit Swazey's Switchback. I did that last year and it seemed pretty tame this time around. Course, last year it was up and then downhill.

Took a semi nasty spill this time around. No bad injuries, just some scrapes and bruises. This was just after my friend said, "you go first... you like to bomb the downhill". Did not see that 90 degree turn that dropped about 5 feet. Hit the breaks and there was no place to bail. So I did a nice flip into the bushes. I was lucky they were there... otherwise it would have been a nasty roll down the hill. I laid low, hoping my friend would pass and not see me. No such luck. The result is the attached picture. Yes, I'm laughing... hurting, but laughing. I'm such an idiot :haha:
