I will post beta on this canyon later this week, on the ACA site.

Frank,Nick,Chad and Brian are good guys to do canyon's with.

After hidden star, we blew through Yankee doodle in the blazing sun, took us 1-hour, car to car.

Thanks for the pics. I no words, you conveyed to me exactly what that water in that pothole (last picture) smelled/looked like...

I'm always curious.... why the name? or any meaning to the name?

It looks like someone could bridge or full body stem over that keeper????

Awesome pictures! (i'm Brian BTW). Thanks for taking us through this awesome canyon! That was tons of fun! Too bad the exit kicked my butt! haha! But that was definitely an awesome day! Thanks a ton!

Kurt is an awesome guide. He took time to show us a couple cool tricks. The Kurt retrievable anchor is awesome! You have to take his class to learn it though. Kurt and Frank were awesome guys to do a canyon with.
Yankee Doodle in an hour. I guess Tom telling us to "just go" and "hurry" from saturdays canyon actually took. Unfortunately for Tom it wasn't until Sunday :haha:

Thanks for showing us that canyon Kurt. So awesome to have the privilege to be the second group through there.

I will post up some pics this week.

The canyon is in an unexpected area, hence--hidden. Wanted to blend in with the Yankee doodle theme, hence star.

I've looked at that exact option both times I've been there, I think it is do-able. High penalty point's for failure.

Thanks for coming Brian. That was a brutal hike out. Might be better left for cooler days.

Thanks Nick, I'm sure we'll be doing some more canyons together. We have to bring Chad though, that guy can fetch ropes and escape potholes. :five:

Yeah that was nice having him go get the ropes. I usually throw some of my heavy gear in his pack so I don't have to carry it. He doesn't even notice.
