Not to be Johnny Sunshine here, but I am thrilled that we are getting so much rain. I guess I am pretty used to the rain and don't mind it but it seems like Utah was in a drought for so long that I am still just VERY grateful for all the precipitation we are getting.

Ug... Just enjoy it while you can. I have been out hiking, shooting photos, riding the mtn bike, and LOVING the cool weather.

My facebook page is filed with people bitching about snow, rain, and the heat depending on the time of year.

Oh I wasn't complaining. Just think it is kinda funny weather for Utah this time of year. There was fresh snow on the top of AF mountains yesterday. Just a skif, but you could see it.

The rain also seems to be helping the snow pack melt - maybe Timp will be doable (with out snow gear) before the 4th of July?

That and good for sleeping. I slept all weekend drifting in and out of slumber enjoying the rain. Only problem is I am becoming a slug. I don't want to get out of bed in the morning. I just want to hunker down under my covers and listen to the rain.

It is raining pretty good at my place tonight. I was lucky enough to get my lawn mowed tonight before it was knee high and another storm came in.

Two and a half weeks without rain, temps of 22-28 (72-82 in US temps). Something like a record for Vancouver... :2thumbs: Nothing in the forecast until Wednesday, and even then only a 30% chance of showers!
