The wife and I hiked up to the Mill Creek Swimming hole Saturday afternoon.... here are a couple of pictures. If you have never been this is a great place to take family and friends for a little fun in the heat of the day.

There are actually at least 3 nice holes.... the lower holes right at the trailhead are usually young families, the middle hole about a mile up we call the teenager hole and about 1/2 mile above that is the senior hole.

We were sitting at the bottom of the teenager hole watching the youngin's try to injure themselves. This group of 4 guys and two girls about 20 y/o walk up. The one young buck asks me how to get to the top of the falls. I told him the "studs" climb up the falls, and the "pussies" walk back and use the trail 50 yards down canyon. He just kinda stared at me with a strange look..... because now he really didn't know what to do.... his friends and his women had heard the entire conversation..... the wife is hiding a giggle and I'm biting my cheeks to hold a straight face.... the kid was really at a loss on where to go....

Than to top it off his buddy who was on top yells down to come up.... tells him to walk back and use the trail.... the young buck down with me hollers back up.... "I understand there are issues with using the trail".... at that point we lost it and I spent the next 10 minutes laughing our asses off.... later my wife told me I was mean to the youngin'..... The area does not have large supermarkets, so if you see Publix, Kroger, etc., on your way there, you might want to buy some things. Nice pictures! Swimming is the sport of playing in the water. A swimming hole is a place in a river, stream, creek, spring or other body of water that is deep enough to swim in. Most of the time a swimming hole is located in moving water, but people can also swim in the ocean and in lakes.
