Here's an interesting place we visited last spring.
I has signatures dating back to 1604, Anasazi Ruins, petroglyphs and some nice scenery.

Interestingly, even closer to Utah there are signatures dating back to 1661 not far south of Navajo Mountain. It makes one wonder if 1776 was really the first time the Spanish explorers set foot in Utah.
