We are thinking about going to nine mile canyon tomorrow 5/23/09 I was wondering if you guys had some coordinates or info on some good sites. We've been to everything we saw to the great hunt before but saw no granaries or structures I would also like to see the family panel and I love pictographs and yes we've been to rasmussen cave PLEASE POST PICTURES!! Thanks

Yeah i have been to that site, the GPS coords are in the wrong setting and it shows no photos so i don't know what i am looking for.

Coin,
You should be able to change the format to whatever coord you are looking for ie UTM, degree, minute, sec whatever. Be advised the last year I was in 9 mile and the oil and gas rigs sucked big time, not a very pleasant experience in any way and the wall art was pretty nice.

A GPS doesn't know what format you are using.... :lol8:

Just switch your GPS to the format the cordinates are in, enter them, and switch your GPS back to your preferred system....

While not a lot of pictures every GPS coord on my Nine Mile page does give a written description of what you are looking for, a long with a description of where to look....

Yeah, I was gonna mention that, or that you can copy and paste just about any coordinate format into Google Earth/Maps and it will do the conversion for you and place a nice dot on the map. But sometimes you just can't help somebody that doesn't want to be helped (or that wants you to do all the work for them)... :roll:
