Next week is finals week and I can't wait to get it over! I'm having the hardest time staying focused on all that I still have to do. I'm working on a 20 page paper that's due on Monday, but there are other things I'd rather be doing right now. I'd love to be doing a slot in southern Utah right now, but that's too far away.
Instead of studying, I could be: fishing, hiking, fixing my canoe, trying the canoe after it's fixed, rockclimbing, fishing from the canoe, getting ready to go camping, cruizing around the map section at the library, planning a trip, etc. etc.
It's beautiful outside and I'm stuck in here. So much for staying focused. It's so much easier to apply yourself when you're doing something you actually like...
