No Mans north fork was a splendid route to begin a 4 day adventure in the Roost. Snow flurries and wind amid partly sunny skies did not damper the spirits as we found No Mans to be picturesque and mixed with downclimbs, mild squeezes, sculptured twists and turns, pools of water and an opening here and there. The entrance is a no brainer to find; the exit requires route finding skills and blessed us with views bighorns scampering along the slickrock. The final rap is much better two staged, we replaced some webbing on the second stage with a longer piece to avoid scarring the rock – but the extension should be a good 5 feet longer.
