Just watching the news, Bill Orton died down at Little Sahara today in an ATV accident.

I didn't catch which political office he held though.

Bill was former Third District Congressman for Utah.

I hate to see people killed down at Little Sahara, but several are every year. That is one reason I dont go Easter Weekend, I know this didn't happen over that weekend. Best wishes to the Family Really Sad.

Kinda late on post, but unfortunately from what I heard, he was using incorrect tires and a utility atv to boot. Is this correct?

Bill crested a dune and lost control, the ATV rolled and killed him.
Tires and Type of ATV are not contributing causes of his death and I highly doubt different tires or riding a sport quad would have changed the outcome.
