Yee Haw! A day off...a canyon...fine company! Matt, Pam, Dave, Melissa, Charly and I got to sneak in a (first for most) hike in Yankee Doodle today! Damn! What fun! Downclimbed most all except the 50'+ rappel at the start. What a terrific group! Maybe I can get them to sign up on Bogley!? Anyway...we met at 9AM at The Desert Rat...were hiking by 10:15 and home by 1:30! Perfect weather...perfect conditions....perfect company! A few photos from a very fun day! Next up is Leopard Skin, then the group of us plan on a Lady Mountain excursion! Trackrunner? You in!? The more the merrier! Looking forward to Bogleyfest "Zion" 2009!

I have a new canyon in the Leeds area that would make a great 2nd canyon before or after YD. Let me know if you want to try it sometime.

Sure! Here in a few weeks I should be settling back into a somewhat stable routine. SAR this Sat., Leopard Skin with an old time employee here this sunday, then next week I'm thinking of either, and or Fat Mans, Lady Mtn combo? Let me know when you might be heading to hike it and I'll try to figure a way out of something! :2thumbs:
