Dutch Oven cooking

Camp Chef just sponsored a dutch oven cook off at a business next to mine, I some how got roped into being a sponsor. So they just brought me over a recipe book for the winning recipes. If you use dutch ovens and want these recipes pm a fax # and I'll send them to you. There are several meat, ribs etc and several desserts. They sound good.

Now I have an excuse to go out and buy a dutch oven. Always wanted one...Emergency Preparedness !!! That is the reason for getting all good stuff. If camping in and of itself doesn't fly, I can usually get "emergency preparedness" gear. Too bad my wife hasn't quite seen the light on my "needed" emergency wok. :haha:
