I just got a call from a technical recruiter offering me a job, but I am totally good where I am. They asked me if I had any friends who needed a job, and I told her I did (with one friend in mind), and it sounds like they need a fair amount of help. The pay is between $14-$19 dollars an hour (DOE).
Here are the details:
Specific duties include:
o Account and entitlement provisioning fulfillment via work ticket queue.
o Liaise among the team's touch groups: WTPP, CMG Global, USG, InfoSec, Critical Infrastructure, and Internal Communications (IC).
o Uphold policies defined by Legal, Compliance, InfoSec, MCD, and IC.
o Global focus of disseminating information.
o Direct client communication regarding provisioning requests.
o Responsible for ownership of requests from submission through to ticket closure.
Technical Skills
o MS Windows 2003, 2000, XP and Outlook 2003 with working knowledge of Active Directory/NT domains.
o Prior experience in a provisioning role is a plus.
o Familiarity with administrative tools for Exchange, Email-based Faxing, Mainframe, File Transfer Administration is a plus.
