My birth certificate tells me that I am 55, but I don't act like it or have any intention of doing so in the traditional way.
I am now an empty nester, having raised 3 kids into adulthood and outdoor enthusiasm also.
My current passion is backcountry skiing., With canyoneering and rock climbing season approaching, that will change. I also like to mountain bike, explore the back roads of Utah in my 4Runner and do as much hiking with my wife as she will allow. I like to take pictures, but can't ever get the image that I want, so I do my best to committ as many of them as possible to memory.

This is one of things I've wanted to get into. Plus whitewater kayaking, and technical mountaineering. Just don't have the money right now.
