all i know is at the bottom, under the Add an Attachment..."browse" (find the file) then click add attachment, then click the submit button

I up load mine to photobucket and then copy and paste links. Flicker is good too. When you upload them choose a 640 X 480 resolution, then the pics are not to big to post.
