Wow, I didn't get that impression from the video and it seems like last time this video came around the forum someone said it was fatal.

I don't speak spanish though; does the announcer say something different?

Yeah, the reporter says that the accident happened on the border between Spain and France and that the pair fell 70 meters from a helicopter cable while doing a rescue "simulation". They suffered multiple fractures but surprizingly both survived. The link below is a few seconds longer and has the full story. The title says "fatal" but the news report makes it clear that they survived.

That's where I saw it. I remember the youtube Fatal title. Wow. I'm pretty surprised they lived.
