I have a Dell Inspiron E1505. The battery is bad and I need a new one. I dont want to pay the $140-$200 from dell. Does anyone have any experiance with buying a laptop battery with an aftermarket company? Who can I trust?

Good prices, great reviews (4.8 stars out of 5 with 236 reviews), and recommended. And they have your battery for $89.95:

Take it to a batteries plus or similar store and have them pry it open and build you a new one.

Half the price of an OEM.

How old is your laptop? I honestly wouldn't spend more than $100 on a laptop that is over 2 years old.

I just bought an Ironix Gobook III rugged laptop on ebay for $209.
It has a built in GPS, wifi, bluetooth touchscreen, vehicle docking station etc etc.

Sold new in 05 for $4900.

Its my offroad mapping laptop.

My laptop is 2 years old. Its funny that a new battery costs so much. I can buy a new laptop for about $500. There are companies that do sell them for around $70-$90 but I just was hoping that someone knew which of the companies were trustworthy.

I believe both DiscGo and I provided links to companies that we have used, recommend, and trust. For me, I have used Level8Technology to buy a second battery for my laptops to use on planes that do not have power receptacles (e.g. US Airways).
