I am about to reveal some OCD on my part, but I would much prefer the idea of that 2nd screen if there were one that came out of each side. Cool idea though.

I saw one recently that had three screens, two that folded in on the center screen from each side.

I like the idea of the dual screen laptop (built-in).

I only use laptops these days and at home & work, I have an external Dell 24" widescreen. It would be cool to actually have three screens at my disposal for multi-tasking.

Brute, I have the same setup as you.
I use "Spaces" on the Mac so I effectively have 8 screens.
It works surprisingly well.
