I've used Total Recorder myself and recommended it to clients. It's a good product that is easy to use but has some bells and whistles, too, if you need them. Great value for the price, too.

I use Replay Media Catcher. It is more expensive, but it captures the actual MP3 files from Pandora, not just the sound coming across the soundcard. What's more, it captures video from places like Hulu.com and youtube. So I can put videos on my iPod from those locations. Also, you don't have to listen to the whole song on Pandora either, because it only takes a few seconds to download the actual file. Kinda cool.

I think it costs $40.
