How much did you get over the last 24 hours? Anybody hitting the slopes?

I got 4-5 inches. I ran the snow blower last night to find a few more inches this AM. I might head home during lunch to fire up the blower again. :ne_nau:

Overall about a foot on the east side of SLC benches. I went sledding on Sunday up by donut falls, not too much snow, I was surprised.

I've got about 5 inches in South Jordan. Quite a decent snow bank from blowing winds yesterday afternoon.

I've had the ATV/Snow-plow out twice already. I just wish we'd get snow like last year (3' + ).

Keep in mind, unlike you Utah residents - it isn't supposed to snow much up here. My house sits at 185 feet above sea level.

It's 26* outside right now. Brrrrr!!!

Ya I'm in STG and we had a lot of snow. Pretty much snowed all day yesterday but it wasn't cold enough so only a little bit stuck. Still really cool to watch it.

In South Jordan, we got another ~4 inches overnight. I'm to about 9" on the lawn. I'm hoping for 2-3 feet out here. I need to make the shoveling and plowing worth my time! :haha:

It has been dumping NONSTOP for the last several days. It's made Christmas shopping and basically getting anything done outside of the home impossible. Cars off the side of the road, having to drive across town at 25 mph or less. I couldn't give estimates but it's been blowing sideways, whiteout conditions and miserable. Businesses are closing early, afterschool functions are being canceled and most likely tomorrow will be a "snowday" for the kids if it keeps up. This weekend I am on the mountain FO SHO! :2thumbs:

Now it's just very windy in West Valley. I fear the wind is a sign of snow to come, heh.

We've had a pleasant break from the blowing snow today but it looks like whatever Utah is getting now is on it's way by midnight tonight. Sheesh! The high tomorrow is 11 degrees for Glenwood Springs. I may re-think that 8 am snowshoe hike I've planned with a friend? :ne_nau:

Here we go again in Utarrrrr...

A fast moving "warm" front will approach Northern Utah this evening. Temperatures will warm by 5 to 10 degrees today and breezy southerly winds will increase. Tonight and early Monday will be snowy, so a Winter Storm Warning has been issued. The cold front will bring another vigorous period of precipitation to the Wasatch Front around Noon on Monday...and snow will accumulate in the afternoon. This appears to be a major winter storm for Northern Utah on Monday, but will also be moving south to Central and Southern Utah later Monday and into Tuesday. Snowfall accumulations will likely reach 4 to 8 inches in the valleys and 8 to 12 inches on the East side Benches along the Wasatch Front. The mountains will measure 15 to 30 inches between Sunday night and Tuesday. As this storm moves southward, accumulations of 5 to 10 inches can be expected in the Sanpete Valley and in the Cedar City I-15 Corridor area, with 3 to 5 inches in the Sevier Valley. Lesser amounts will fall across Eastern Utah, but travel will be hampered over the entire state on Monday into Tuesday morning. The next storm is forecast for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Meteorologist Dan Pope-Live 5 Weather HD...Sunday December 21, 2008.

My flight is at 11:30 p.m. so hopefully it will clear up by then. Oh well, what can you do? Certainly can't kick the weather's ass so no point getting angry.
