Can you have a Terminator movie without Arnold?

After becoming a fan of the Sarah Conner Chronicles.... answer is YES.

A sixty something year old Terminator just doesn't work for me.

The real question should be:
Can there be a Terminator anything without James Cameron?

The answer is not no but hell no. The only reason that franchise went any where was because Cameron was lucky and got enough money to make T2 the way he wanted to make T1. Also T2 came out at the height of Arnold

Saw the previews early this year, been waiting for it.

The director is one thing, but nobody heard of Peter Jackson a while back. Gotta give the new guys a chance.

I've seen some cool animated gifs of it too, looks awesome.

I hate to get all nerdy on you but I got to. Cameron was the creator/director of the Terminator franchise. T3, SCC and T4 would be the like Peter Jackson writing a squeal to Return of the King if J.R. Tolken were still alive and writing.

Cameron sold the rights to get T2 made, then the company went belly up and sold the rights away. I wish Cameron would have bought them but he was completely strapped for cash making Titanic at the time.

Saw the trailer yesterday, I'm actually excited about it, but only if they retain the R rating. The first Aliens vs. Predator movie and the last Die Hard movie would have sucked less if they had retained the R. (Seriously, who is John McClain if he can't say ****?)
