It's 'bout time to start the Atkins Diet again. I've gained about 15 lbs this year.
I'm thinking, should I start now before Christmas, or should I be a stereotype and start after the new year?
stereo type for sure.
Those bacon rolls look soooooo good. I better go get some lunch before I'm tempted to make those heart attack rolls.

Do you exercise along with your diet? If so, what is your routine?

Not consistently, just biking every week.
But when I'm in the workout routine, I hit the treadmill for 30 minutes,
then bench 3 sets,
pull down triceps 3 sets
butterfly press 3 sets
curls 3 sets
free weight standing rows 3 sets
and if I feel like it, some situps on the decline bench.
Once in a while I'll work my knees a bit, putting about 10 lbs on the leg extensions and doing that for about 5 minutes.
This all depends on my music selection though. If my mp3 player is out of batteries, I leave the gym. :haha:

Holy crap! :eek2:
I clearly have been living a very mundane existence by not even knowing of a "bacon weave" :haha:. I missed 'Beech's first presentation of it.
Bacon flow chart = :roflol:
At our shop, we cook off full sheet pans of hickory-smoked yummy BACON to use in BLT's and with the grilled cheese sammiches we make. It's pretty much impossible to not snake a piece or two for personal consumption after the pan comes outta the oven.
We save the bacon grease to put in the dog biscuits we bake that are very popular sellers!
