Sunday Nov 16th Ride Invite

If you would like to join us meet at Rainbow Gardens parking lot 1:00 PM. We will be riding the Bonneville Shoreline Trail.

Well....I am 2.5 hours late....though I do have the yard mowed and leaves cleaned up...... :frustrated:

I only have two pics, and they are after the ride. My little camera is in Mexico without me, and the big camera just doesn't fit in the pack so well. Janet took pics and as soon as she gets them to me I will post them.

We had a fantastic ride. Janet is my new coworker and I am in LOVE!!! Her husband Jeff just bought her a new mountain bike this was her second ride on her new baby. She skiis, she bikes, she fly fishes!! She is going to teach me to fly fish. And she wants to do some backpacking next summer with our families. YAHOO!!!! I have not been camping in two years and it is killing me, there was one summer where we went everyweekend, just too much trouble getting all the crap together by yourself for three people. Did I mention she drinks beer and can talk "lab". In love!!!

Anyway back to the ride....

The trail was a little wet but not to bad we just ended up with mud on our tires and all over our legs. I stayed on my bike and if I would have crashed Jeff is an EMT so I was in good hands. This was her first ride on BST and she loved it. We are planning on leaving work in the middle of the day Wed. and going for a ride then working sweaty and smelly with big smiles on our face.

I also ran into another biking gal on the trail her name is Kim and got her number, we are going to put together an all girl riding group next summer.
