It was good to ride again after 3 weeks of being too busy. The days are getting short, that's for sure.

I pulled my bike down and found the rear tire flat (only the 2nd flat on this bike in 8 years). So I filled it up, and then noticed the NAIL in it at the trailhead.

I figured I'd leave it in for traction. The tire stayed inflated for about 200 yds. :haha: Good ol' Slime from WalMart to the rescue. :2thumbs:

oh, and go easy on the commentary, that is my aunt and two cousins up there. :cool2:

I've said it before... that shoreline trail looks like a sweet backyard treat.
