You are right that there used to be trails over both of those passes. See some of our coversation in the comments below the photo:

Anyway, the one to Ostler/Priord Pass does exist but is faded away in places. The one Norice to Allsop is mostly faded away but I've found a few scraps of it. Luckily the crossing from Norice to Allsop is much easier than the crossing Allsop to Deadhorse.

Thanks for the information. I have an older Uinta Lakes West Map and neither trail appeared on it so I assumed both trails were put in after the 60s and probably placed there once and not enough people used them to keep them open.

I assume the trails may be older than the 60's. I believe the book on the High Uinta Trails dating back to 1974 mentions that the one between Allsop and Norice is very old and mostly faded even back then. The one over the Ostler/Prior Pass is probably newer. Some of the trails over the passes date way back to the 30's or earlier as sheep trails, but I don't know when these two were put in.

Anyway, old trails are kind of cool.
